Mackay Prescribed Airspace Project

Mackay, Australia, 10th November, 2014. IDS assessed, designed and provided the 3D protection model that is used for accurate height assessment of developments, is issued to local stakeholders for direct planning assessments, and is used by the Mackay City Council and town planners to assist in assessing if there would be any interference with the lowest surface of the protected airspace area.

Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport Flight Procedures Project

Brisbane, Australia - 10th November 2014. The Brisbane West Wellcamp flight procedures project was an exciting, extensive and technically challenging design process that involved much consultation and communication with the many stakeholders including local councils, the Australian civil aviation regulator, CASA, the air navigation service provider, Airservices Australia, and the military due to the restricted area to the north-west of the Wellcamp aerodrome.

TTCAA and DC‐ANSP sign agreement to enable Collaboration and Cooperation in the Caribbean

April 30th - Port of Spain, Trinidad - IDS is pleased to announce that the Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority (TTCAA) and Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Service Provider (DC‐ANSP) signed a historic agreement during the Fifth Meeting of the North American, Central American and Caribbean Directors of Civil Aviation (NACC/DCA/5).

ATAC 79th Annual General Meeting and Tradeshow

IDS and ATNS Partner for PBN Implementation in South Africa

October 24th, 2013, Montreal, Canada.

IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A. announces that its subsidiary IDS Tech Inc. has signed a contract with Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Ltd. (ATNS) of South Africa for the provision of its Performance Based Navigation (PBN) software for Flight Procedure and Airspace Design and for Ground Validation. ATNS becomes the latest member to join IDS's PBN community which boasts the largest user-base of any aeronautical design and ground validation tool sets.
