IDS and CAE: MoU for New Horizons in Defence & Security

IDS, a Fincantieri NexTech company, and its subsidiary IDS North America (IDS-NA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CAE Inc. in Canada.

The MoU serves as the foundation for a strategic partnership between two leading technology companies with a global presence in the defence, security, aerospace, and naval markets. This teaming agreement focuses on fostering sustainable future collaboration across their diversified portfolios, which include Training & Simulation solutions for adaptive learning, Integrated Product Support and Lifecycle services and ElectroMagnetic Engineering – EME.
