IDS visited the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service
On the 26th March 2018, IDS Group met with Richard Jones, the Chief Executive Officer and James Lawrence, the Marketing & Fundraising Manager of Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service at the Broadmeadow facility in Newcastle.
IDS Australasia Pty Ltd is a major sponsor to Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, the largest non-profit search and rescue, and aeromedical retrieval service in Australia, since October 2017.
During the visit at the premises, Mike De Winton, Westpac Rescue Helicopter Chief Pilot, said “IDS have been a pleasure to deal with, providing the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service a professional survey of our Belmont base allowing for instrument landing. Thank you for ensuring the safety of our operational personnel in all weather and supporting financially to ensure no one ever has to pay for our Service”
